At Oro Edge, we provide custom logo design and creative services. Due to the digital, personalised, and creative nature of our work, our refund and returns policy differs from policies that apply to physical goods.
This policy operates in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1. Cancellation Before Work Begins
Items to be returned must be requested for cancellation before any design work has commenced.
If you request cancellation before we start working on your logo design, you may be entitled to a full refund, minus any payment processing or administrative fees.
Once design work has started, this becomes a custom service and is no longer eligible for cancellation or return.
2. When Refunds Are Not Available
You are not entitled to a refund if:
- Design work has already begun
- Initial concepts have been created and shared
- Revisions have been provided
- Final logo files have been delivered
- You change your mind after work has started
- You do not like the design direction after concepts have been created based on your brief
Logo design is a creative and subjective service. Dissatisfaction with style or preference does not qualify for a refund once work has commenced.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, Oro Edge may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund depending on:
- The stage of the project
- The amount of work already completed
- The level of communication and cooperation from the client
Any such refund is entirely at our discretion and is not guaranteed.
4. Revision Process Instead of Returns
As our services are digital and creative, we offer revisions as part of your package instead of returns.
You are encouraged to use the revision process to refine your design according to your preferences.
5. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation before work begins, you must email:

- A clear request for cancellation
6. Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be returned to your original payment method
- Processing may take up to 10–30 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
- Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted
7. No Returns of Delivered Digital Files
Once final logo files or design assets have been delivered to you, they cannot be returned, and no refund will be issued.
Digital design files are considered used once delivered.
8. Sale or Discounted Services
Services purchased at a discount or as part of a promotional offer are non-refundable once work has started.
9. Statutory Rights
This Refund & Returns Policy does not remove or reduce any rights you have under UK consumer law.
You may still be entitled to a refund in circumstances where services are not provided with reasonable care and skill or are not delivered as described.
