This Delivery & Revisions Policy explains how design timelines, revisions, and client responsibilities work when purchasing logo design services from Oro Edge.
This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
1. Project Start Time
Work on your logo design begins only after:
- Full payment has been received, and
- A complete and clear design brief has been submitted
Delays in providing required information will delay the project timeline.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Typical initial concept delivery time is stated on the service page at the time of purchase.
These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary depending on:
- Complexity of the brief
- Quality and clarity of information provided
- Response time from the client during revisions
- Current workload and project queue
Oro Edge is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete briefs or slow client responses.
3. What “Delivery” Means
Delivery refers to:
- Presentation of initial logo concepts
- Sharing revisions
- Sending final approved logo files
All files are delivered digitally via email or your account dashboard.
4. Revisions Included in Your Package
Each logo package includes a specified number of revisions as described at the time of purchase.
A revision means:
- Minor adjustments to an existing concept
- Changes to colour, font, layout, or small design elements
Revisions do not include:
- A completely new logo concept
- A new design direction unrelated to the original brief
- Changes due to a change of mind or business idea
5. Additional Revisions
If you exceed the number of revisions included in your package, additional revisions may be offered at an extra cost.
You will be informed before any extra charges are applied.
6. Client Responsibilities During Revisions
You agree to:
- Provide clear, consolidated feedback
- Respond within a reasonable timeframe
- Avoid giving conflicting or unclear instructions
Long gaps in communication (7 days or more) may pause the project and affect delivery timelines.
7. Project Abandonment
If we do not receive a response from you for 14 days or more during the design process:
- The project may be marked as inactive
- Reactivation may incur an additional fee
- No refund will be issued for inactive projects
8. Final Approval and File Delivery
Once you approve the final design:
- Final logo files will be delivered
- No further revisions are included
- The project is considered completed
Any changes requested after final delivery will be treated as a new service.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
Oro Edge is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Technical issues
- Email delivery problems
- Third-party platform outages
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
