These Affiliate Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Oro Edge Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Oro Edge (“we”, “our”, “us”) reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any affiliate at our sole discretion.
1. The Affiliate Program
The Oro Edge Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commission by referring customers to purchase our logo design and branding services through a unique referral link or code.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate registration details
- Have a valid method to receive commission payments
- Be approved by Oro Edge
We may reject applications without providing a reason.
3. Affiliate Links and Promotion
Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link or referral code.
You may promote Oro Edge through:
- Your website or blog
- Social media platforms
- Email marketing (only to users who have consented)
- Online content and communities
You must not:
- Misrepresent Oro Edge or our services
- Make false claims or guarantees
- Use spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertising
- Run paid ads using our brand name or trademarks without permission
- Impersonate Oro Edge
4. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commission on successful purchases made through their referral link or code.
A “successful purchase” means:
- A customer completes payment
- The order is not cancelled or refunded
- The customer is not the affiliate themselves
Commission rates may be updated at any time and will be communicated to affiliates.
5. Commission Payments
- Commissions are paid after the referred customer’s order is completed and the refund period has passed
- Payments are made monthly
- Minimum payout thresholds may apply
- Payment methods will be specified during onboarding
We reserve the right to withhold commissions in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
6. Prohibited Activities
You will not receive commission for:
- Self-referrals
- Fraudulent transactions
- Orders placed using misleading methods
- Breaches of these Terms
Any attempt to manipulate tracking, cookies, or referrals will result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of commissions.
7. Intellectual Property
You may use Oro Edge’s name and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our services as an affiliate.
You may not:
- Modify our logo or branding
- Register domains or social accounts using our name
- Claim ownership or partnership with Oro Edge
All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Oro Edge.
8. Termination
We may terminate your participation in the Program at any time if:
- You breach these Terms
- You engage in misleading or harmful conduct
- You become inactive
You may also leave the Program at any time.
Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if Terms were breached.
9. Limitation of Liability
Oro Edge is not liable for:
- Tracking failures due to technical issues
- Loss of potential earnings
- Changes to the Program structure
Our decision regarding affiliate eligibility and commissions is final.
10. Changes to the Affiliate Program
We may modify or discontinue the Program or these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
